4 Th'Ives Essential Oil Blend (aka 4 Thieves)

This essential oil blend is generally known to boost immunity.

​Eucalyptus, clove, rosemary, lemon and cinnamon 100% pure essential oils. Use 3-4 drops in a diffuser, or dilute 2-3 drops in a tablespoon carrier oil (grape seed, avocado) and massage the bottom of feet.

The published, potential benefits of this oil include boosting the immune system, promoting respiratory health, and fighting microbes. Although some of these benefits are anecdotal, the individual components of the blend have been shown to have antimicrobial properties, promote wound healing, and may provide pain relief.
