Cypress oil benefits us from head to toes! 

Cypress oil has a sweet, balsamic aroma that is slightly similar to Pine, Juniper Berry, or Cardamom. Cypress is thought to bring calming in times of sadness, and has a long standing spiritual history.

Add one drop of Cypress to a cup of water or tea to relief sore throat. Mix a few drops with a carrier oil and massage throbbing legs, congested chest, apply on cuts, bruises, or underarm for a natural deodorant. Use it in a diffuser to tone down anxiety.
